What you need

tsp salt

cucumber

tbsp olive oil

tbsp apple cider vinegar

roma tomato

cup yellow mustard

tbsp garlic powder

fl oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

tsp oregano

cup black olives

red onion

clove garlic clove

tbsp dijon mustard

cup coconut cream

tbsp onion powder
chicken cutlets

cup fresh dill
egg

russet potato

tbsp brine
Instructions
Step 1: Combine all the ingredients for the chicken marinade and coat the chicken, covering it for at least 2 hours or overnight. Step 2: When the chicken is marinated, cook for 5 minutes on one side, and 3 minutes on the other. Step 3: Coat the potatoes in olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper and roast at 425 degrees F for 25-35 minutes. Step 4: Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss with the dressing. Let marinate and occasionally toss all ingredients together. Step 5: Using an immersion blender, mix together the oil, egg, mustard, and lemon juice to create mayonnaise. Step 6: Combine the mayonnaise with coconut cream, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt and pepper.View original recipe
